Effective communication regarding field closures is essential to ensure the safety of all participants and to maintain the quality of our facilities. Field closures may occur due to inclement weather, maintenance needs, or unforeseen safety concerns. Decisions are typically made by the Facilities Manager, considering current field conditions and weather forecasts. Notifications will be sent via email, posted on our official website, and shared through our social media channels. Always check the official channels before heading to the fields, especially if weather conditions have been poor. Remember, the safety of our players is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
Weekdays: Any weather related field closures and practice cancellations will usually be updated by 3:30PM.
Weekends: Any weather related field closures that affect home games will be updated ASAP.
Away Games: Each club makes weather-related decisions for their home games. Players will be notified by coaches and
managers as soon as they receive a cancellation notice for a game.
